Business rates
All businesses are subject to an ordinary rate, however, some are also liable for CBD levies.
Commercial and construction waste
Commercial and construction waste includes excavated material, construction, building and demolition waste and asbestos and contaminated soil.

Trade waste is treated differently to domestic wastewater, as it often contains oils, grease or chemicals that can have adverse impacts on the sewerage system or the environment.
