Digital Waste and Recycling Vouchers

Albury residents are entitled to four waste and recycling vouchers to use at the Albury Waste Management Centre.

Both homeowners and renters in Albury are entitled to four waste and recycling every 12 months. The vouchers are available on a rolling calendar from the date you first access them.

You can access your vouchers by creating an Online Resident Services account.

How to apply

Homeowners

Select the ‘Register Now’ button at the bottom of the page
Follow the prompts to create a new Online Resident Services account
Verify your property by selecting your suburb and street address
Input the property assessment number from your Rates Notice
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
Please login to your Online Resident Services account and access your vouchers before heading to the centre as connectivity is limited
Present the voucher to be scanned by our staff as you’re leaving the centre

Renters

Select the ‘Register Now’ button at the bottom of the page
Follow the prompts to create a new Resident Services account
Verify your property by selecting your suburb and street address
Select your real estate agency. If you have a private rental arrangement, select Other
An email will be sent to your real estate agent to approve your application
You'll receive an email once your application is approved
Please login to your Online Resident Services account and access your vouchers before heading to the centre as connectivity is limited
Present the voucher to be scanned by our staff as you’re leaving the centre

Your vouchers are available for 12 months from the date you first download them. Once they expire you can download a new set of vouchers.

You receive four vouchers which are valid for 12 months. If you have used all four of your vouchers you will not be eligible to download a new set until 12 months has passed.

Ensure you are logging in with the same email address that you registered your account with.

Please contact us as your address may not be in the system yet.

Your vouchers entitle you to dispose of garden and general household waste.
Each voucher is valid for up to 500kgs of waste. Loads exceeding this amount will require additional vouchers or charges will apply.
Vouchers cannot be used for commercial or industrial waste, tyres and asbestos.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Vouchers are not transferable.
Selling vouchers is not permitted; these vouchers will be made void if detected.
All residents with vouchers are required to separate recyclables from general waste. For tips on recycling, visit our website.
Once a property is sold, all associated vouchers will be made void.
Owners of multiple properties are only entitled to vouchers for the property they reside within.
AlburyCity retains the right to make the final decision on the volume of waste accepted under the voucher system.
