Construction

• Animal care centre - Education Hub – Construction complete. Occupational Certificate to be finalised.
• Lavington Drainage Reconstruction – Progressing with retaining wall works along section between Boronia Street and Tamarind Street.
• Waterview Aeration and Diffuser Cleaning – RCE Australia Pty Ltd has successfully completed the scope of works for all four aeration tanks.
• Thurgoona Link Road (Stage 5) / Kerr Road Sewer – Underboring now complete, road crossing and cut into existing sewer planned this week.
• Thurgoona Link Road (Stage 5) and Water Trunk Main – Construction beginning once sewer construction is complete.
• Australia Park Carpark and Levee Construction – Concrete works for the retaining wall and construction of the earthen levee are continuing. Driven piles for the pedestrian bridge foundation have been installed with reinforcement installation to follow.
• Airport - Taxiway Alpha – All night works complete, currently laying asphalt with works planned to be completed before Easter.
• Renewal of sewer infrastructure at SPS37 Jelbart Road – Relining of pipelines and preparation for manholes in progress.
• Sewer Pump Station 22 – Rising main cut in complete, pits lowered into place and pressure test underway.
• WR03 embankment stabilisation – Rock bolting, slope regrading, meshing, sub-horizontal drains and crest drainage has all been installed and completed. Toe drainage in progress.
• Burrows Road Reconstruction – Finalising laying of watermain, construction of road pavement to commence (refer to photo).
• Eastern Hill Tower Upgrade – Communications pole assessed and is in good condition, design works underway.
• Sewer Interconnection Elizabeth Mitchell Corry's Road Intersection – Works to commence this month.

Design

• Animal Care Centre Redevelopment - Stage 2 - Design 95% complete.
• Albury Airport – Runaway Overlay Design – Preliminary design in progress.
• Albury Airport - Aeromedical emergency support apron – Detailed design in progress.
• Functional Design and MCA for wet weather storages – Tenders received.  Assessment in progress.
• Kremur St aeration platforms upgrade – Design – Tenders received. Assessment in progress.
• South Albury Levee Upgrade - Design review in progress.
• Logan Road Culvert Replacement – RFT for Concept Design and Options Analysis out to market, with submissions due in March.
• Waste Management Centre – Northern and Southern Valley Cells - RFT for design for both landfill precincts in progress.
• Dean Street Bridge Renewal – Structural design and documentation in progress.
• Maryvale Raw Water Cross Connection - Environmental and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Due Diligence Assessments completed. Design and RFT in progress.
