Commercial Activities on Public Land
Activation of our parks and open space to provide more opportunities for our community to get out and be more active and engaged is an important aspect of promoting Albury’s liveability.
We have designated public spaces [9.11 MB | PDF] in high profile areas where commercial operators can set-up mobile food and drink vending, personal training and canoeing.
These designated spaces include our Riverside Precinct, Wonga Wetlands and Kremur Street Boat Ramp. Due to existing lease agreements, operators wanting to set-up mobile food and drink vending activities in our Riverside Precinct will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Guidelines
Activities proposed within these designated public spaces are undertaken as part of the Commercial Activities on Public Land policy:
