Mirambeena Community Centre

The Mirambeena Community Centre offers a range of activities including craft, exercise and cooking classes and large events on an annual basis.

Mirambeena, an Aboriginal word that means ‘welcome’, was officially opened in August 2003.

It was established with a focus on developing community spirit and fostering partnerships through the provision of services to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds ranging from lessons in arts and crafts to supporting local charities, disability services and large annual & multicultural events.

Over the years, Mirambeena has made a significant difference in assisting and encouraging the growth of our culturally diverse community.

The Centre is a council owned and managed facility.
