Cr Raissa Butkowski

Born and raised in Albury, Raissa returned to the region with a deep passion for the community that shaped her. As a community lawyer, Raissa has dedicated her career to advocating for disadvantaged people and communities, particularly in the areas of family violence and civil law, to ensure timely access to services and justice.

Raissa believes in the power of community and that every voice, regardless of background or circumstance, matters. With experience in law and conflict management, Raissa brings a unique set of skills to Council where she is dedicated to working alongside our community to build a strong future - one that we can all be proud of.
