We’re undertaking a major redevelopment of the Albury Entertainment Centre (AEC) Convention Wing to create a leading regional events, conference and function venue.

Lauren Jackson Sports Centre Upgrade

2024/2025 Budget: $6M

Total budget: $15.2M (Stage 1)

Completion: December 2025

A major upgrade of the venue is required as guided by the 2018 Master Plan to ensure the centre continues to meet the needs of both community and high-level sports events.

WWII Memorial Bowl Upgrade

Total budget: $2M

Completion: December 2025

Delivering on our WWII Memorial Bowl Master Plan, preserving and enhancing this historic site within our city.

Albury Animal Care Centre Redevelopment

Total budget: $6.13M

Completion: February 2027

The Albury Animal Care Centre Redevelopment includes the grant-funded Education Hub as well as emergency pens.

The Oddies Creek Splash Park will provide our community with a safe and exciting new play element on our river precinct.
