Our Engagement Journey
We used a variety of ways to reach our community to seek their input and feedback to ensure that Towards Albury 2050 truly reflects the voice of our community.

In 2021, we partnered with our community to develop the Community Strategic Plan - Towards Albury 2050, representing an exciting vision for our city. The March 2022 Engagement Report summarises the consultation and community feedback received.
In 2024, we re-engaged with our community to ensure the plan still reflects their main priorities and aspirations. Your feedback has shaped and informed the update to Albury’s plan for achieving our future vision.
We kept our community informed and provided opportunities for them to share their views and feedback through the following engagement activities:
- ‘Have your Say’ platform including an online survey
- ‘Have your Say’ email
- Community, business and industry email
- All About Albury Newsletter
- Shopping Centre Pop-ups
- Community and Stakeholder Focus Groups
- Social Media
