School visits
Enjoy a wide range of learning programs and resources which promote engagement, creativity and hands-on learning experiences for students of all ages.
Every object in the LibraryMuseum tells a story and our dynamic, curriculum-linked school programs bring these stories to life. Whether you wish to experience Bungambrawatha: Stories of Albury, explore our temporary exhibitions or tour the Library, our Learning and Outreach team can develop a program to meet the needs of your students.
Programs and suggestions
Our Learning and Outreach officers run interactive education programs linked to the New South Wales K-10 History syllabus. These programs are designed to explore Bungambrawatha: Stories of Albury and are student centred, hands-on and designed to engage.
Each program is designed to take 45 minutes and features a thematic tour of Bungambrawatha: Stories of Albury and the opportunity for students to engage with collection material and historical sources. For further information on each of these programs, including key enquiry questions and learning outcomes, please download our information pack.
Our temporary exhibitions frequently support the needs of the curriculum and offer a range of educational opportunities and learning experiences.
You are welcome to bring your students to the LibraryMuseum for a self-guided tour of our exhibitions. However, bookings are essential.
