Created by Vicki Luke and commissioned by AlburyCity for the 2020 Upstream Festival Art + Culture in Albury Wodonga, Noreuil Memoirs celebrates the story of Noreuil Park Albury. The six large banners will be on display in AMP Lane from May until November 2020.
