Our social mixed netball competitions and ladies netball competitions are a great way to keep fit and enjoy the company of your friends.

| Duration | 4 x 10 minute quarters with 2 minute quarter time breaks and 5 minute half time break. |

| Ages | 17 years up |
| Game Time | Sunday, 6pm and 7pm |
