Set against the golden hues of sunset in the heart of Albury, the Twilight Markets promise a vibrant evening of local shopping, delicious food and family-friendly fun.

Visitors can wander through a lively mix of market stalls featuring handmade goods and unique gifts, indulge in mouth-watering street eats and sweet treats, and soak up the relaxed atmosphere as the city transitions from day to night.

Albury Mayor Kevin Mack said the Twilight Markets are a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together while supporting local businesses.

“The Twilight Markets are a fantastic way to celebrate the incredible small businesses, makers and performers we have here in Albury,” Mayor Mack said.

“It’s about creating a welcoming space where families and friends can gather, enjoy great food and entertainment, and experience the best our local community has to offer. I encourage everyone to come along, support local businesses and enjoy a relaxed evening in our beautiful city centre.”

Visitors to the 12 March market can sample delicious street food and drinks by Vinbar, enjoy live music by local guitarist and singer Kamali Lamba, take part in a jewellery workshop hosted by The Cat’s Pyjamas and treat the kids to face painting by Julie Reddy. There will also be lawn games for all ages and a popular animal nursery offering hands-on fun for youngsters.

The Twilight Market series will continue with a special Easter-themed market on Thursday 2 April, followed by a Mother’s Day Market on Sunday 10 May.

The Twilight Markets are proudly brought to the community by AlburyCity in conjunction with Ultimate Events.
