History - Mr Roy Benyon and family were the owners and developers of the land now currently known as Eastern View. In 1942, Mr Benyon purchased the land from former Mayor, Alderman Waugh and commenced subdividing in the early 1960's. His vision and commitment to the development of East Albury has led to the exceptional facilities now available in Eastern View Estate. In association with the Shanahan family Roy's vision has been realised and Eastern View is now recognised as one of Albury's premier residential estates.
