A Sewer Service Diagram (or a House Drainage Plan) shows the location of private water and sewer pipes on a property.
Application process
You can apply for a Sewer Service Diagram online. Your application will be processed within 3 working days from the date of system lodgement.
We’ll also provide a diagram detailing the location of our sewer and water mains in relation to the property including connection details.
If the land is vacant or we have no record of a sewer service diagram, we’ll issue a letter confirming this and provide a diagram of our sewer and water main connection details.
