Planning Proposal to amend the Albury LEP 2010: 773 Mate St, North Albury

The draft Amendment seeks to introduce 773 Mate Street, North Albury (Lot 9, DP 15548) into Schedule 1 of the Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (LEP) as an Additional Permitted Use for the purposes of ‘office premises’.

You can view the documents at AlburyCity’s Customer Service Centre (553 Kiewa St, Albury), the Albury LibraryMuseum, Lavington Library, or online at engaging.alburycity.nsw.gov.au. Submissions providing feedback can be made until Thursday, 19 February 2026.

The Gateway Determination has identified Council as the Local Plan-Making Authority. A Development Application (No. 10.2023.40499.1) for the construction of a two-storey commercial office building and associated works (including storage shed, carparking and landscaping) has been submitted concurrently with this Planning Proposal.
