Following public exhibition and consideration of submissions, the Thurgoona Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan 2025 was adopted by Council at its meeting on 8 December 2025. A copy of the Plan can be found on the Thurgoona Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan page on Council’s website.
