East Albury Trail

The East Albury Trail is a sealed pathway that connects the Albury–Thurgoona Trail to the beautiful Mungabareena Reserve.

The trail commences off the road from the Albury–Thurgoona Trail near the Borella Road bridge. An on-road section of the trail 500 metres long takes you along the Borella Road service lane, passing the Albury Base Hospital, a plant nursery and a homemaker shopping complex before intersecting with Mungabareena Road.

From there, it’s a short on-road ride to the Mungabareena reserve where you can enjoy a picnic beside the Murray River or head up onto Eastern Hill to enjoy the stunning views over Albury.

This 6km trail links to the Albury-Thurgoona trail to Mungabareena Reserve.
